TERMS & CONDITIONS

OVERVIEW

These terms govern your use of the Arena Two Global Trials platform (trials.arenatwo.com) and your application to participate in trial events for the Arena Two World Series 2026. By submitting an application and payment, you agree to these terms.

ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 18 years old to apply
• You must be physically fit to participate in competitive 6-a-side football
• Only one application per person per trial city is permitted

APPLICATION FEES

• Standard Application: $20 USD — your application is scored and ranked alongside all applicants
• Express Application: $49 USD — your application is scored and ranked with priority processing

The application fee covers the processing and evaluation of your trial application. Both tiers use the same scoring criteria — Express does not affect your score.

Payment of the application fee does not guarantee an invitation to the trial. Invitations are based on application score and available spots.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Application fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. If a trial event is cancelled by Arena Two, all applicants for that city will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

SCORING & SELECTION

Applications are scored automatically based on your football background, athletic profile, and mentality assessment. Scores are calculated server-side and capped at 100 points. The application tier (Standard or Express) does not influence your score.

TRIAL INVITATIONS

The top-scoring applicants per city (up to 400) will be invited to attend the trial. Invitations are sent via email and are non-transferable.

LIABILITY

Arena Two and BLOCBRAIN LIMITED are not liable for any injury sustained during trial events. Participants attend at their own risk and may be required to sign a liability waiver prior to the trial. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred in connection with your application.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
