WHO WE ARE

Arena Two Global Trials is operated by BLOCBRAIN LIMITED, a company registered in Cyprus. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

WHAT WE COLLECT

• Account information: email address, password (encrypted), and authentication data via Firebase Authentication
• Application data: name, date of birth, phone number, nationality, city of residence, physical attributes, football experience, athletic profile, and mentality assessment
• Payment data: transaction references and order codes processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant systems
• Usage data: pages visited, browser type, and device information collected automatically for service improvement

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• Process and evaluate your trial application
• Calculate your application score for ranking and selection
• Process your application fee payment
• Communicate with you about your application status, trial invitations, and event logistics
• Improve our platform and services

DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers who are necessary to operate the platform:

• Google Firebase (Authentication & Database) — stores your account and application data
• Stripe (Payment Processing) — processes your application fee securely
• Vercel (Hosting) — hosts the platform

DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including the duration of the Arena Two World Series season. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of your personal data

COOKIES
